How we work

We can support your own design ambitions and preferences with helpful suggestions and practical sense-checking at every stage, so please review our three-step process, set out below

1. Survey

Hopefully one of our featured designs has given you some initial inspiration, based on your room type, dimensions and the functionality that you want. We provide a free consultation and survey service either in person or virtually at a time that's convenient for you. We don't employ sales people, only a survey and design team with dedicated back-up from our manufacturer.

2. Design

After a survey visit or video appointment, we will email a personalised initial design for you to review and add comments to. We can consider materials, finishes, colours, drawer/shelf/cupboard configurations with scope to adapt all of these as we go along. Accessorising and detailing is the final stage, with items such as lighting, handles, drawer/cupboard opening mechanisms, glass/mirror infills, electric fire and even TV and sound bar equipment options all part of the offering.

3. Install

Your media wall will be test-assembled by our manufacturer prior to being packed down for careful despatch to one of our network of specialist installers covering Surrey and South West London. Once an install date is confirmed, we will give you a firm arrival time for that date, with most installs taking no more than one working day, or a maximum of two days for bigger projects.
